Youth & Family Therapist
Full-time LP/LICSW/LMFT needed to provide assessment and counseling services to youth aged 5-18 y.o. and their families.

- Three years of experience working with youth required.
- The FT position requires delivery of services on two evenings each week in our Cottage Grove office, and services may be provided at multiple sites.
- Current full professional licensure (LP, LICSW, LMFT) is required; current credentialing/providership with major insurance carriers is highly preferred.
