  • Conferencing
  • Community service
  • Small group discussion
  • Restitution
  • Reinstatement

  • YCAPP is a partnership of the Stillwater Area Schools, White Bear Lake Area Schools and the Youth Service Bureau with funding from the Washington County Children & Families Council, Safe and Drug Free Schools Grant, Service Learning Partnership Activity Grant, and support from Special Education and Community Education.

    A Typical YCAPP Day

Students spend the school day at the Stillwater YSB Service Center, located in the Historic Courthouse on West Pine.
