Instead of a suspension from school, students attend classes off site and work on their conduct issues for 1 to 3 days in this effective school-community partnership.

Academic workGuidance & supportProblem solvingConferencingCommunity serviceSmall group discussionRestitutionReinstatement YCAPP is a partnership of the Stillwater Area Schools, White Bear Lake Area Schools and the Youth Service Bureau with funding from the Washington County Children & Families Council, Safe and Drug Free Schools Grant, Service Learning Partnership Activity Grant, and support from Special Education and Community Education.
A Typical YCAPP Day Students spend the school day at the Stillwater YSB Service Center, located in the Historic Courthouse on West Pine. YCAPP Goals YCAPP helps to create a safer school environment by holding youth accountable for their behavior and helping them maintain their academic work.
